How Was Your Summer?
Welcome everyone to an exciting new school year! We have lots to do, but first I would like to hear about your summer. Write a paragraph telling about your summer i.e. what you did, where you went, who you saw. What was the best part of the summer? the worst? Using descriptive words, please allow me to know about your summer!

This summer,I went to Florida.
I went swimming and I went to Birmingham to play tennis and soccer.

This is all about my summer. I went to Six Flags Over Georgia. I played outside with my cousin.I went out to eat at CiCi's Pizza. I also helped my momma with her new classroom at her new job Lowndes Middle School. I went shopping this summer for my school supplies and my uniform clothes. I went to Georgia to stay a night at my uncle's house. I went to a new restaurant in Georgia called the Juke Joint for my mother's birthday on June7,2013 and their food was really good. I had Ceasar's salad and macaroni; my momma had fish and grits and, my daddy had fish and grits and bacon with macaroni and cheese. That was all about my summer. The End Z.S.A
I went to Alabama Adventure with my church and it was fun. Then I went to my aunt's house. I played with my friends when I came home. I got my hair braided by my cousin then we went outside and played basketball. It was boys vs. girls: the boys won. The rest of the day I was in Montgomery with my mom and sisters. We got clothes and shoes.
I went to Montgomery and spent the night at Jenevea's house. We went to the park. The next day, we went to the Zoo. We had fun, but then it started raining. We ran to the car. We went to Church's Chicken. The next day, we went to the Bowling Ace. I spent the night. I went home in the morning and went over to Monney's house and went to sleep. When I woke up, I heard the baby cry. Then I went home and changed clothes. My mom and I went school shopping for uniforms and supplies. That was my summer. A.T.J.
I went to IHOP to eat breakfast. My sister and I had the silver five meal, while my momma had three stacked pancakes with bacon and eggs. I also went to the movies. I saw the movie TURBO!!! It was so funny!!:) It was the best summer EVER!!!:) CW
This summer, I went to my mom's apartment. It is called Zelda Pointe. It has a swimming pool and a tennis court. When we went swimming, my cousins were there but they didn't have their swim suits. The next time we went swimming, they came with us. I did a cannon ball for the first time. I learned how to swim a little. When I came up everything was foggy, so I had to stop swimming underwater. During the summer I learned how to do a front walkover. You go up into a handstand then you walk over, but you put your feet down one at a time. K.J.
This summer I played softball at Catoma. Then, we lost at state. I also, played with my dog. I played with my sister and had fun. My mom, dad, sister, and I went to Waffle house and talked. My dad and I delivered grass to a lot of places I haven't been before. My mom, sister, and I went to a Biscuits game and at the end we saw fireworks. They had more fireworks than the 4th of July.
Than, I went to my sister's tryouts for a softball travel team. Finally I found out my mom called a man and asked can I be on his team and he said if he had a spot he would tell us. That's what I did this summer. R.R.
This summer I went with my mother to Birmingham airport to drop my sister off to fly to China. A few weeks later we went to Atlanta,GA to the galleria and went out to eat at five guys burgers. After that we went home.
This summer I went to the beach.We went shopping at Forever 21 and Justice.We had a carnival at church. I went to a sleep over and I saw a Biscuit's game.That is what I did this summer.

This summer I went with my mother to Birmingham airport to drop my sister off to fly to China. A few weeks later we went to Atlanta,GA to the Galleria and went out to eat at Five Guys Burgers. After that we went home. J.T.P.
This summer my dad and I went to Ohio to take two tractors to a dealership; it was a fun trip. We got to spend a lot of time together to talk about things. My family had a reunion at my grandmother's house; i4t was amazing. J.G
This summer I went to Arkansas to visit my uncle. My cousins and me went swimming, camping and go cart racing. That's what I did this summer.
This summer my auntie Graduated from Fortis College in Montgomery, Alabama and I went to Georgia to White Water. That's what I did this summer!!!

July 4 was the best part of my summer. I got to see my uncle Ben Wallace. We had a lot of fireworks because of him. It was fun. The worst part of summer was when it rained and the TV went off. I had a computer to watch movies on, but it went dead and I could not charge it. All I did was talk to my grandma.

My summer was great most of the time. Almost every day we sat on the porch. We went to the water park twice. We got many different haircuts. We went to the movies twice for me and my sister's birthdays.I made many new friends in Texas. I got to see my many unknown cousins. So, to sum it all up, I had a wonderful time. C.M.
